Access guidance
- Please let us know if you have any difficulty regarding queuing and we can arrange alternative access.
- The park is set on top of 400ft high cliffs overlooking the English Channel. The paths around the park are undulating with some paths as steep as 1:5 gradient. Visitors in manual wheelchairs who wish to visit all areas of the park should be accompanied by strong helpers. Those using electric mobility scooters must ensure they are confident in using the equipment and do not exceed its capabilities. Particular attention should be paid to the paths leading to and from Area 5, Giant Bug Walk and Cowboy Town where gradients are likely to be at their steepest. All of our catering outlets are fully wheelchair accessible. On all of our rides visitors must have upper and lower body control and be able to brace with their hands and feet, and remain seated upright. They must also be comfortable negotiating a few steps to access each ride. Unfortunately, we do not hire out wheelchairs or mobility scooters, so please make adequate provisions before you visit.
- There is accessible parking at the venue (under 100 metres). Disabled car parking spaces are available in the main car park, near the pedestrian exit. It is possible to stop outside the main entrance in order to allow disabled passengers to alight. Drivers can then return their vehicles to the car park.
- All of our toilet facilities are fully accessible.
- Assistance/guide dogs are welcome but unfortunately, they will not be able to accompany guests onto any of the rides. We have water bowls around the park for dogs. Please note that some areas of the park are louder than others and selected event nights may include fireworks and pyrotechnics that some dogs may find unsettling.
- Access card with +1 accepted as proof of a free companion ticket.
- We offer a range of facilities for our guests, including First Aid, cold storage of medicines, recharging of electronic equipment and help with purchasing in-park.
