Overview
Nottingham City Leisure Centre’s welcome all customers and have an extensive range of facilities and activities to ensure you have an enjoyable visit. We aim to provide the highest possible standards of service to all our customers and we are happy to show anyone around who would like to come and see a facility, to resolve any potential issues or concerns they may have in advance of their visit. All of our leisure centre’s are accredited facilities and have been verified as being an accessible venue for disabled people by CredAbility – an independent quality mark run by disabled people.Access Card Notes

Standing and Queueing
If queues become an issue for you or any member of your party please make your needs known to a member of our team either on arrival or in advance of your visit and they will make arrangements for you to get quick and easy access.
Wheelchair Access
Accessible Parking bays are available and the venue is fully wheelchair accessible including accessible changing facilities and a pool side hoist. The swimming pool also features an adjustable depth floor, providing a flexible and accessible range of depths for the range of swimming sessions available. Short Distances
Car Parking facilities are found at the entrance to the centre and there are only very short distances involved from one area to another within the centre.
Access To Toilets
The swimming pool and health suite are situated on the ground floor with a village changing area with a range of accessible changing facilities including a Changing Places Changing room.
Essential Companions
Carers or essential companions are invited to support a customer with a disability or special requirements free of charge, when taking part in any Leisure centre activity. Access card holders with +1 gain automatic free entry for a companion.
Accessing Visual Information
Written information can be made available in alternative formats on request. Staff are available on site to provide support to customers who might have difficulty accessing visual information. If you have a specific need you would like support with feel free to get in touch with the team at any time before you visit to make them aware.
Accessing Audible Information
