- All visitors are given a chair immediately on entering the academy. No standing or queuing.
- Toilets are available in the academy with support bars.
- Assistance dogs are welcome. Water bowl, snacks and food also available.
- Support people are encouraged and fully supported by us.
- We have taught blind students in the past and this has been a massive success.
- We curently have instructors taking sign language courses
- We welcome any student no matter what your needs we will help.
