- The Musée de l'Orangerie is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility thanks to specific facilities: The auditorium can accommodate three people in wheelchairs Wheelchairs and canes, which can be used within the museum, are made available upon presentation of an identity document in the cloakroom
- It is possible to park a vehicle in the immediate vicinity of the museum by the vehicle entrance to the Tuileries Garden (see map below), upon presentation of proof of disability.
- Guide dogs and assistance dogs are accepted in the museum collections and exhibitions (dogs in training are accepted on condition that the trainer informs the museum before on 01 44 50 43 37).
- Entrance to the museum is free and a priority for people with disabilities as well as their accompanying person, upon presentation of proof: cards issued by an MDPH (departmental home for the disabled) or equivalent foreign certificate, accompanied by photo ID.
- Audio guides are available free of charge for the visually impaired. Rods with end caps are also authorized in these same spaces. The museum offers tactile and descriptive tours on the theme of the portrait. For individual visitors, a set of tactile boards on the theme of the portrait is available at the museum reception. - Magnetic loops are installed at various points in the museum for hearing impaired visitors: the Information counter, the cloakroom, the cash desks, the audio guide counter, the café, the bookstore-shop, the auditorium and the educational room. Group tours with speakers of lip reading can be arranged, by reservation only. There is French sign language - interpreted visit of the permanent collection on 13th June 2020 at 10:30am.
