- My Favourite Things offers seating throughout the store. Assistants are able to bring products to you.
- Parking. Disabled parking is two parks down, outside the cafe. Front door is wide enough for a standard wheelchair. The double doors can be opened.
- There is plenty of parking at Parkside Plaza and Bishopdale Mall and the Harewood Rd the bus stop is 150 meters from the store. The store is small 75 square metres.
- The shop toilet is part of the building complex. Please just ask for the key. Toilet is 65 metres from the store.
- All assistance/support dogs are welcome in store. We can offer a dish of water outside if your dog is thirsty.
- Everyone is welcome at My Favourite Things.
- Staff can verbally communicate. For example, colours, prices, etc.
- Staff can communicate, via, Facebook, text or email. Instore, by written and body language communication.
- My Favourite Things is an all inclusive community store, so we recognise there are a wide range of disabilities; Cognitive. emotional, sensory, speech etc. We are able to turn down the music and advise of quite times in the store. These are example of how we can assist.
