Access guidance
- The procedure to be followed is to present the card issued by the MDPH, the disability card or disability priority card at the Park Reception. Our team will give you all the information and documents necessary to fully enjoy your day at the Park in the best conditions. You will receive an "Easy Access" bracelet and an explanatory paper guide. This bracelet and this guide give you access to the alternative entry of attractions. Wheelchairs are available free of charge at the reception of the Park with a deposit of €50
- Adapted and reserved parking spaces are available on car parks 1 and 2 (car parks closest to the entrance). These parking spaces are available for holders of a parking card for people with reduced mobility. Parking is charged.
- Service dogs are allowed in the park under a license that demonstrates that the dog has been trained at an approved training center. They must have the official legal dog jacket or collar.
- Specific rates are offered for people with reduced mobility and for 1 accompanying person. These tickets are for sale at Boxes # 4 and # 5 only.
