Upon booking tickets online, please have your Nimbus Access Card available to verify your details. Please ensure to have the card with you on the day. When you arrive on the gate, please provide our staff with your card so they can validate.
Nimbus operates the venues Access Registration Scheme on their behalf. The venue or event has their own Digital Access Pass. *The information in this listing is submitted by the provider*.

- We offer plentiful seating with indoor/undercover seating available at our outlets Smokey Joes, Tony's (level access via Main Street), Cub House and Roosters, as well as park benches parkwide. We offer mobility scooters to hire. These are limited and are on a first come, first served basis, bookable online with your ticket purchase.
- We offer Ride Access passes to those who are eligible for this service. Please see our accessibility page for more details at https://www.pleasurewoodhills.com/park-info/park-accessibility.
- A limited number of mobility scooters are available on a first come, first served basis. These are available to book online along with your tickets. Fee for mobility scooter hire is currently £25 per day.
- Disabled parking is located towards the front of the car park adjacent to the main gate, and is signposted on entry. We operate a paid-for parking facility. Please note, concessions (such as blue badge) do not apply to parking. The fee for parking can be purchased with your tickets.
- We have disabled toilets located outside the main entrance, opposite Shiver Me Timbers, on Main Square and opposite Roosters, all with level disabled access.
- Guide and Assistance Dogs are permitted on park. As the Park can be a loud, crowded and overwhelming environment, it can be a challenging place for Assistance Dogs. If you do wish to bring an Assistance Dog, then please ensure its welfare and that of all guests remain a priority. Please be aware that if we observe an Assistance Dog in distress or behaving outside of the role of an Assistance Dog, as described by the EA2010, we do reserve the right to ask that it be removed from the Park.
- Access Cards with a '+1' will be accepted as proof for a free essential companion ticket. These are bookable online.
- Our first aid facility is located at the main entrance. We have a dedicated first aid team that are linked to our park radio network. If there are any queries regarding your visit or accessibility, please contact Guest Services.
