The Rowan Organisation has been providing services which facilitate choice and control for older and disabled people for over thirty years. The Rowan Organisation is a user led organisation (ULO) which provides support to older and disabled people in order to maximise their opportunity for independence. We provide services which support the use of Personal Budgets and Direct Payments to all eligible groups including disabled people, older people, people with a learning difficulty, with mental ill-health, children, young people and carers.
