Our Lounges are about more than money and banking - they are designed to be places where our customers can relax and local communities come together. They are all part of our ambition to be a very different kind of bank - one that makes everyone better off. Lounge membership is completely free, and so are the refreshments, Wi-Fi and use of our iPads. You're welcome to bring a friend or family member in with you.

- We have plenty of chairs and a seating area at reception
- We are fully accessible with lift access to all floors
- We are situated in the centre of town and there is a short walk from local parking on Surrey Street to our Venue. We are also next to bus stops. Inside the building there is a very short walk to the lift area and then a few meters to any of our seated areas and party room
- We have accessible toilets on all floors
- We welcome assistance dogs
- We allow a plus one with any Virgin Money customer
- We have Ipads that people can use with the usual voice activated software packages
