Access guidance
- Parent Swap and Queue Proxy services are available within the park for guests who are unable to stand in a queue for extended periods or have children unable to experience a particular ride or attraction and require supervision. Guests with a Companion Card can access priority entry to suitable rides and attractions. As personal situations and ride requirements vary, please visit Guest Services for specific information.
- Accessible restrooms or toilets are located at the main entrance, Wet'n'Wild Junior and on the right side after you go over the bridge.
- Guide, Hearing and Assistance Dogs are welcome in the park. However we cannot permit them on, or in, any of our attractions and they must wear their working vest identifying their role at all times. For any assistance regarding Guide, Hearing and Assistance Dogs please contact the Guest Services office on 07 5556 1610.
- Guests who produce their Companion Card are entitled to 1 free of charge companion so that their companion can provide attendant care support during their visit. Guests who produce a Carer's Card (or similar) issued by relevant State or Commonwealth authorities will be entitled to a discounted admission rate.
- Strollers and wheelchairs are available for hire from Guest Services. In accordance with Australian Standard 3533.2 (2009) for the safety of all guests, eye wear including goggles and prescription glasses are not permitted on any of our rides or slides. However, these items may be worn in the Wave Pool, Calypso Beach, Whirlpool Springs and Wet'n'Wild Junior pool areas. An aquatic wheelchair is available for accessibility to pool areas such as the Wave pool and Calypso beach, both these areas have a slope entry. The chair is also great for the shallow splash areas at Wet 'n' Wild Junior. Wheelchair hire is complimentary and ID is required. Wheelchairs can be reserved in advance by calling Guest Services on (07) 5556 1610 prior to arrival. Strollers require a non refundable deposit of $20. Guests with any special needs should visit Guest Services upon arrival and our friendly team will provide assistance to assist in planning their day.
