Standing and Queueing

Standing
Dedicated lanes are available for disabled people to use to avoid the main queues. Toilet facilities within the area of viewing platforms mean shorter queues for toilets and seating is available for disabled customers on the viewing platforms

Wheelchair Access

Wheelchair access
The Big Weekend is a greenfield site and as such customers need to prepare for this. Pedestrian routes have terrain which will include gravel or grassed areas. Accessible toilets and viewing platforms are available.

Short Distances

Short distance
As this is a greenfield site there are some longer distances involved. We have provided the shortest distances possible from parking to viewing platforms

Access To Toilets

Access To Toilets
Customers who need urgent toilet access will be given a wristband which will enable them to use toilet facilities within the disabled persons viewing area which has considerably shorter queues.

Assistance Dogs

Assistance Dogs
Given the nature of the event and the large crowds we advise against bringing assistance dogs and recommend people use the free essential companion scheme to meet their needs

Essential Companions
